Led the development of Spokspace, a digital balance ecosystem with a core Telegram Mini App and multiple embedded demo integrations. Designed UX/UI in Figma and coordinated repository setup and front-end implementation with API integrations. Built product analytics (DAU/MAU, retention, user flows) and conducted Customer Development to maintain a data-driven product backlog. Launched the product in the Telegram App Store and delivered integration demos for embedded product scenarios
